the readings are accurate. (But not always if your finger is not properly visible to the camera)
How often should I use the App?
For the most accurate readings, it is recommended to use the App several times a day, particularly when you wake up in the morning, go to bed or after workouts.
What is considered a normal heart rate?
According to the American Heart Association and the Mayo Clinic, a normal resting heart rate for adult's ranges from 60 to 100 beats per minute. However, this can be affected
by various factors such as stress, physical fitness level, and medication use.
