3.1. This app is designed to be used by and under the supervision of diving professionals for record keeping of dives. It aims to ease the process of registering divers.
3.2. Diving professionals are qualified divers under diving organisations recognised internationally.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
4.1. You acknowledge that diving comes with inherent risks and you are aware of such risks. You also acknowledge that you know how to manage such risks as a diving
professional.
4.2. The correct and accurate usage of the app is solely dependent on you and the Content generated by you.
4.3. This app is designed as an administrative aide and is not in any way responsible for any incident which may arise while diving.
4.4. You further acknowledge and agree that MainDesign shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in
connection with use of or reliance on the service provided by the app with user-generated content.

5.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
